Casa Sirfantas is a group of 6 cozy apartments in Córdoba around a central courtyard, in an old refurbished building constructed at the end of XVI century, that has been carefully restored preserving original materials and adapting it to the needs that we all would like to have when we travel. The process finished in January 2020, resulting in a charming place to sleep in Córdoba.

If anything doesn’t work properly during your stay please let us know as soon as possible calling (+34) 654 104 067, and we’ll try to fix it quickly. We’ll phone you on your contact number if we need to access the apartment for any repairs or maintenance.

Our goal is to be close and reachable, that is why we have a Virtual Reception. Through WhatsApp, you can contact us to answer your requests, questions and advice about Córdoba.  Phone calls are also welcome.

KEYS

We want to guarantee you total autonomy and freedom from the beginning of your stay, for this, between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival date we will send you to the telephone number that you have provided us, the access code to open our main door and another code to collect the keys of your apartment.

During your stay you can take the apartment key with you or leave it in the box at the main entrance and take with you the card with the access codes that we will leave in your apartment. Remember to leave the key in the box when you leave and let us know that you have left.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS

Only those guests included in the reservation will have the right to use the apartment. If you want to make use of the sofa beds that are available in the Sirfantas, Lola, María and Reyes apartments, contact us before your arrival and we will inform you about their price.

We need to verify all ID Card or Passports of all the guests staying in the apartment. The person responsible for the booking will sign a document on his/her arrival outlining dates, prices and conditions. This person will be responsible for the apartment during the dates booked. If any of the rules indicated are not complied with, Casa Sirfantas reserves the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the client’s right to any compensation. Presence of an adult (18 years or older) is mandatory during the rented period.

BREAKFAST

Desayuno

In the apartments there is always coffee, cocoa, brown sugar, cereals, salt, pepper and virgin olive oil. However, if you are interested, we can offer you the option of breakfast and we will leave at your door between 8:00 and 11:00 a basket with our different breakfast options. Please, check with us the available baskets and confirm us if you are interested before your arrival.

LAUNDRY

On the ground floor of the house, we have a common laundry area available to guests totally free of charge, equipped with two washing machines, a dryer, an iron and cleaning products to take care of the apartment if necessary.

Please remember to be respectful and orderly with its use.

CLEANING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Limpieza y mantenimiento

The apartments are cleaned and disinfected before arrival. The apartments must be left under reasonable conditions, no need to clean: we will handle this.

Once a week a fully cleanup will be done, with change of bed sheets and towels for stays over 7 days. Likewise, stays of 6 nights or more will have a change of towels in the middle of the week.

If you wish to have daily cleaning service or change of extra linen (sheets and/or towels), please let us know before your arrival, this services will be billed separately, and their price will change depending on the number of people who stay in the apartment. Cleaning service is daily from 9:00 to 13:30. Through our Virtual Reception it is possible to reserve the cleaning time slot that suits you best.

PARKING

Parking

We do not have parking. If you arrive by car you can use the Parking at Paseo de la Ribera n1 (aprox. 15,50€) It´s only a 4 minute walk. You can also look for free parking in the Miraflores Bridge area.

Inform you that if you pass by car through the Historic Center of Córdoba, you must make a prior communication to the Córdoba City Council http://acire.ayuncordoba.es/peticionPrevia/ filling in your data and in the reason for access indicate "access to CASA SIRFANTAS apartments".

RATES AND PAYMENT

We have two rates:

Standard Rate: this rate allows free cancellation up to 7 days from the arrival date.

You must pay the reservation 7 days before the arrival date, for this, we will send you an email from our system to make the payment through the completely secure Redsys payment gateway. If the reservation is not paid, the system will cancel it.

If you want to pay by bank transfer, you must do it 10 days in advance, contact us for this option.

Non-refundable rate: this rate has a 10% discount compared to the standard rate but does not allow cancellation or change of dates.

You must pay the reservation before 00:00 hours on the day you make the reservation, for this, we will send you an email from our system so that you can make the payment through the completely secure Redsys payment gateway. If it is not paid, the system will cancel it automatically at 00:01.

WE ARE ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Climate change is having a major impact on the travel and hospitality industry. CASA SIRFANTAS assumes its responsibility and is committed to sustainable development, reducing its environmental footprint in energy consumption. Its solar energy installation on the roof of the building provides the house with the necessary energy for all hot water.

We do not use single-use plastics, we have bamboo toothbrushes, boxed water and cloth bags (ask us for options and prices).

We consume sustainable water and energy and we expect you to do the same. We are also committed to finding new ways to reduce and manage emissions to apply practical and profitable measures that are both sustainable and responsible.

CARE OF THE APARTMENT AND RESPONSABILITES

Normas

As choosing for a self-catering apartment in Lisbon you are expected to treat the apartment and all of its equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations for the apartment and its surroundings must be respected at all times. If any damage is done to the apartment or its equipment, you must inform us immediately (+34) 654 104 067, so that repairs can be carried out as soon as possible.

You are also expected to show consideration and respect towards your neighbors.  As none of the apartments are completely soundproof –everyone expects a low level of noise from neighbors– please be considerate of noise, particularly in the evenings and at night. Any kind of parties, high music, parties or noises that could bother neighbors are strictly prohibited on your Córdoba accommodation in Casa Sirfantas.

Smoke free property, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Although we love animals, pets are not allowed.

If any of the rules indicated above are not met, Casa Sirfantas reserves the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the client’s right to any compensation.

We appreciate your collaboration on all these issues, and we hope you understand that these standards are necessary.
